How to return a picture.

Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it at any time within fifteen days of delivery.
Before you return your picture please follow these guidelines:

• You must call us for a return authorization before returning your picture. Email via our Contact Page or telephone at 800-492-4888. We will only accept returns if you have approval for the return before you ship it to us.
• We must receive the picture in sellable condition or there will be no refund.
• Please pack your picture well. It is best to re-use the box and packing material that came with your picture. If you do not have the original box make sure you have two inches of packing material between the picture and the outside of the box.
• BUY THE INSURANCE - If we receive the picture damaged we will not be able to give a refund. In the case that we are unable to give a refund we will provide all photographs and documentation to assist you in your insurance claim.
